Who we are

Before Realo Specialty Care, there was Realo Discount Drugs, a family owned group of pharmacies located throughout Eastern North Carolina. It has been a well-recognized name in North Carolina pharmacy since 1982.
With comprehensive patient care as its focus, Realo ventured beyond its community pharmacies and long-term care pharmacy. Realo Specialty Care was formed to further provide a patient-centered approach to patients with complex, chronic conditions.
At Realo Specialty Care you are more than a patient, you are family. We walk along the patient care journey with you and your physician to give you comprehensive care.
